Useful Information:
- It is mandatory to present identification documents for adults and children on the check-in date.
- Guests are required to complete the accommodation form upon check-in.
- The resort fee, amounting to 3 lei/person/night in the extra season and 5 Ron per person per night in the tourist season is not included in the offer and must be paid at the hotel reception on the check-in date, in accordance with the Eforie Local Council Decision.
- Access to the hotel is provided via electromagnetic key cards, ensuring complete safety for guests.
- Blue Sky Hotel is equipped with a fire prevention system.
- The hotel features a video surveillance system throughout the property. By staying at the hotel, you consent to video monitoring in public areas.
- All rooms are equipped with an air conditioning system.
- The hotel provides a Luggage Room where guests can store their luggage for a limited period. Guests must ensure their luggage is locked and checked both when storing and retrieving it. The hotel is not responsible for any damage that may occur during storage, as this is a complimentary service.
- Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage at the reception area, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please respect this time and vacate the room promptly. If desired, you may remain in the reception area after check-out.
- The capacity of both the Standard Room with a view and the one without a view is 2+1 persons. An extra bed for children or adults costs 50 lei. Guests over the age of 14 are considered adults and are included in the room’s capacity.
- Persons with disabilities and children are exempt from paying the resort fee, as per the law.
- Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 10:00 AM and must be respected. Please keep noise at a normal level.
- The hotel does not allow pets.

REGULATION ANNEX
Implementation of the Tourism Promotion Tax for Eforie City
Art. 1 Tax Amount:

3 lei/person/night (Jan 1–Apr 30, Oct 1–Dec 31), excl. VAT.

5 lei/person/night (May 1–Sep 30), excl. VAT.

Payable by accommodation units upon guest registration.
Art. 2 Tax Settlement:
-
Due by the 10th of the following month to the local budget.

Monthly statement to Revenue, Taxes, and Duties Service (Annex 1.1 form).

Funds tracked separately; unused amounts roll over.

"Accommodation unit": hotels, motels, guesthouses, etc., declared for tourist use to ANAF.

Balneotherapy units owe a resort tax.
Art. 3 Exemptions:

Persons with severe disabilities, first-degree invalids, their legal representatives, and minors under 14.

Individuals: 1,000–2,000 lei (late), 1,500–2,000 lei (non-submission).

Promote tourism in Eforie Nord and Sud via:

Funding National Tourism Centers (open May–Sep, online otherwise).

Tourism fairs, promotional materials (maps, apps), infrastructure support, and future Destination Management Organization.

Infrastructure Activities:

Events outside peak season (Jul 15–Aug 20).

Beach access/cliff repairs.
3–11. Repairs, green spaces, toilets, playgrounds, bins, lighting, railings, surveillance, and EU project co-financing in tourist-heavy areas (cliffs, parks, resort centers).
